The Alberk Automatic Front Half Breast Cutter is designed to separate the breast section together with a defined portion of the back from the poultry carcass following the wing cutting stages of an automatic poultry cut-up line. As carcasses travel through the processing line, guiding and positioning components direct each product toward the cutting mechanism at the correct angle and position for accurate and controlled processing. The dual-blade cutting system follows the defined anatomical cutting line, enabling consistent and repeatable production of breast cap portions.
