Our founder Nihat Çelik began his professional career as a worker in the sector.

Alberk was founded by Nihat Çelik in a 100sqm workshop with 3 employees.

We manufactured and installed our very first manual facility with an hourly capacity of 2000.

We moved to our new location of 800sqm since the old one was no longer sufficient.

We built the first domestic turkey production facility.

We expanded abroad. We established facilities in

Romania, Bulgaria and Georgia.

We manufactured the first domestic production Weighting and Sorting Line.

We manufactured the first domestic Gizzard Cleaning Machine.

 We added Packaging Line to our production.

We began selling our products to more than 25 foreign countries.

We manufactured the first domestic Cut-Up Line.

 We manufactured the first domestic Automatic Evisceration Line.

We moved to our specially built 5500sqm new plant and office building since the old one was no longer sufficient. The new investments added an innovative quality to our production and brand.

We founded our R&D department. We began developing new methods in production to improve our current processing systems.

Mechanical Engineer Ali Berkem Çelik from the second generation of Çelik Family joined our board.
