Training

01

Training

We provide comprehensive technical training for operators to ensure the safe, correct, and efficient operation of Alberk poultry processing machinery and complete slaughterhouse lines. Our training programs include practical instruction on machine operating principles, correct start-up and shutdown procedures, process settings, control system operation, and key points that require attention during daily production.

We also explain the essential machine adjustments required for different products, processing conditions, and production capacities, enabling operators to manage the system correctly and efficiently. This approach helps maintain the equipment’s intended operating performance while supporting safe, stable, and consistent poultry processing operations.

02

Training

We provide specialized technical training to help maintenance teams understand the mechanical, electrical, and automation systems of Alberk equipment and manage maintenance activities effectively. Training covers preventive maintenance points, mechanical inspections, monitoring of wear parts, basic electrical and automation checks, fault diagnosis, and appropriate troubleshooting procedures.

Through hands-on instruction on control systems and machine parameters, we help technical personnel identify potential issues more quickly and respond effectively. By promoting correct preventive maintenance practices, our training supports reduced unplanned downtime, consistent machine performance, and longer equipment service life.

03

Training

Whenever possible, our training is conducted under actual operating conditions using the plant’s own machinery, processing line, and production processes. During commissioning, our technical specialists operate the system together with the plant’s operators and maintenance teams, providing practical instruction on machine adjustments, process transitions, equipment interaction, line synchronization, and essential control points.

Training content is tailored to the equipment configuration and production requirements of each poultry processing facility, with occupational safety, hygiene, and correct operating practices integrated throughout the program. This approach enables plant personnel to understand not only individual machines, but also how the complete poultry processing line operates as an integrated system, helping them manage production more effectively and confidently.
