From individual machines to complete poultry processing and slaughterhouse lines, we carry out on-site installation of our systems worldwide with experienced mechanical, electrical, and automation teams. Prior to installation, we evaluate the plant layout, equipment positioning, connection points, and required site infrastructure in accordance with the specific requirements of each project.

Mechanical installation, electrical connections, line integration, and automation system installation are carried out through a planned and controlled process. This ensures that each machine is correctly positioned according to the project layout and properly integrated with the surrounding equipment and systems. For complete poultry processing plant projects, we coordinate the installation of different process departments as one integrated system, ensuring that the entire installation progresses in accordance with the engineered plant configuration.

Following installation, we perform comprehensive inspections of the mechanical, electrical, and automation systems before proceeding with commissioning. Machine operating directions, moving mechanisms, sensors, motors, control systems, and safety functions are systematically checked to ensure correct operation and synchronization between equipment throughout the processing line.

The system is then tested under operating conditions, with line speed, process settings, and machine parameters optimized according to the plant’s production capacity and product characteristics. Our objective is not simply to ensure that individual machines operate correctly, but to achieve efficient, synchronized, and reliable performance across the entire poultry processing line as one integrated process.

Following commissioning and performance verification, we prepare the complete system for actual production conditions and perform all necessary final adjustments. Operators and maintenance personnel receive essential technical guidance on correct machine operation, basic operating parameters, and daily inspections, enabling the plant team to operate and manage the system safely and efficiently.
