Manufacturing

We manufacture our poultry processing and slaughterhouse equipment to high standards of precision and quality, supported by advanced production technologies and comprehensive in-house manufacturing capabilities. Core processes including CNC machining, sheet metal processing, precision machining, welding, electrical integration, and assembly are managed within a controlled production environment, allowing us to maintain direct control over the manufacturing quality of critical machine components.


From precision mechanical parts requiring tight tolerances to stainless steel structures and complete machine assemblies, dimensional accuracy, consistent quality, and process reliability are fundamental throughout every stage of production. Our strong manufacturing infrastructure enables us to efficiently produce solutions across a wide range of scales—from individual poultry processing machines to complete processing lines for different production capacities.

Manufacturing

Every poultry processing plant has its own production capacity, process configuration, product requirements, and site conditions. For this reason, we design our machinery with a flexible engineering approach that allows each system to be adapted to the specific requirements of the project.


For chicken, turkey, goose, and duck processing plants, machine dimensions, operating parameters, line capacities, and equipment configurations can be engineered according to individual project requirements. Our modular and adaptable system architecture enables us to provide solutions for different processing capacities, upgrades and expansions of existing poultry processing lines, and future increases in production demand.


Through close coordination between our engineering, design, and manufacturing teams, project-specific modifications are transferred directly into the production process. This integrated approach enables us to develop efficient, practical, and long-term poultry processing solutions tailored to the operational requirements of each facility.

Manufacturing

We believe that the long-term performance of a machine begins with the quality of every component from which it is built. Materials and mechanical components used in our poultry processing equipment are therefore selected and manufactured with the demanding operating conditions of food processing plants in mind, including continuous operation, intensive washdown, high humidity, and strict hygiene requirements.


Stainless steel and food-industry-compatible materials are used in appropriate food-contact areas, while durability, dimensional accuracy, and long service life are prioritized across CNC-machined precision components, machine frames, connection elements, and moving mechanisms.


Quality controls performed throughout different stages of manufacturing help ensure correct component fit, mechanical integrity, and overall system reliability. The result is robust, reliable, and long-lasting poultry processing machinery engineered to withstand demanding production environments and intensive operating cycles.
