Automatic Final Inspection

Automatic Final Inspection

The Alberk Automatic Final Inspection is designed for the automatic removal of lung tissue that may remain inside the rib cage and along the back of poultry carcasses following the evisceration process. As carcasses travel suspended from shackles along the processing line, positioning cradles and back guides accurately align each bird before entering the processing stations. The vacuum unit enters the carcass cavity in a controlled manner and removes residual lung tissue attached along the back area using vacuum suction. Extracted material is then conveyed through an enclosed vacuum transfer system to a collection tank. The adjustable operating mechanism enables accurate positioning for different carcass sizes, supporting consistent and repeatable internal cleaning performance throughout continuous production. The multi-station system operates in synchronization with the overhead conveyor, providing continuous lung removal at high poultry processing line capacities. Stainless steel construction, durable synthetic processing components, and an integrated automatic station washing system support hygienic, controlled, and reliable completion of the carcass internal cleaning process.
