As carcasses travel suspended from shackles, the guiding and positioning system accurately directs each bird into the processing units, ensuring consistent and repeatable cutting throughout continuous production. Each processing unit is equipped with a 25.2 mm diameter cutting system that performs a controlled circular cut around the cloaca. Accurate carcass positioning and controlled cutting depth help reduce the risk of unintended contact with the intestines and internal organs, supporting correct preparation of the vent area for the following poultry evisceration processes.
