Electronic Counter
Electronic Counter
The Alberk Electronic Poultry Counter is designed for the automatic counting of products traveling on the overhead conveyor of a poultry processing line, enabling real-time monitoring of production quantities. A sensor positioned directly on the conveyor line detects each passing product and transmits the counting data to the control system for continuous production monitoring. Using a non-contact detection principle, the system provides continuous and accurate counting without interfering with conveyor operation or product flow. Real-time production data enables operators to monitor processed quantities and line performance while reducing potential errors associated with manual counting. Its compact design allows the Electronic Poultry Counter to be easily integrated into existing poultry processing lines. Designed to operate with control and automation infrastructure, the system provides consistent production data and supports effective monitoring of process performance, throughput, and processing line capacity.
