The Alberk Offal Separator is designed to separate feathers, feet, heads, and other organic poultry processing waste from the conveying liquid. The waste-water mixture transferred to the system by the waste pump enters the separator, where the solid and liquid phases are continuously and efficiently separated under controlled processing conditions. A mechanical scraper system operating within the separator trough conveys solid waste toward the designated discharge point while allowing the liquid phase to drain through the separator discharge section. Separated solid materials can be directed to rendering or other by-product processing systems, while the liquid phase can be transferred to the plant’s wastewater collection and treatment infrastructure. Operating in synchronization with the waste pump and transfer system, the machine supports the continuous and controlled removal of process waste from the production area.
